The spirit of the Plateau reaches the suburbs

There's freshness and spirit at Lulu bistro,a luminous establishment that has opted for something different over the overly charged decor often found in suburban restaurants.

The interior of this neighbourhood bistro, situated in a new commercial zone in Boucherville, was inspired by its owners' cuisine: fresh and simple, but flavourful. We also note the touch of architects Bosses Design in the choice of rough materials, the clear and efficient organization of the space and the iexpensive, but original furnishings.

Varnished concrete underfoot is juxtaposed with wood furnishings made from recycled solid pine. Huge slate boards positioned above banquettes dress up the wall and communicate the necessary information. They also feature small magnetic tablets that hold wine bottles positioned next to their description. An unpredictable pattern of naked, suspended light bulbs decorates the space, while the burst of vibrant green, affirms its freshness and modernity.
