The high-end collection of Axor Massaud faucets, created by French designer Jean-Marie Massaud for the German corporation Hansgrohe, is available in Québec for the first time at Batimat.
During the course of a cocktail reception organised at the Montréal showroom of bathtub and sink manufacturer Wetstyle, invited architects and designers discovered this new faucet collection featuring simple forms and delicate features.
Jean-Marie Massaud succeeded in blending, without conflict, organic and geometric forms. While some of his Axor creations are half-shelf/half-faucet, others present soft curves that, according to the designer, bring to mind tall grasses by the water.
For a number of years now, Hansgrohe has worked in partnership with four international designers on its prestigious Axor line. Philippe Starck, Antonio Citterio and Phoenix Design join Jean-Marie Massaud as creators of their exclusive collections.
