The impeccable freshness of Laitue & Go

This healthy lunch counter located in the food court of Place Ville-Marie offers an environment in which people will want to linger. Although the notion of freshness is present in the décor, it's treated with subtlety here, never in an anecdotal manner.

Although the space is laid out like a conventional on-the-go lunch counter, it has many added touches: there's a nicely designed menu board, tone-on-tone phrases printed on a sprightly green wall and beautiful lamps created by architects Herzog & de Meuron for Artemide.

The counter naturally extends into a real bar, surrounded by a relaxing dining room that features subdued tones and high-end materials, such as light oak paneling, a concrete floor, contemporary furniture and lovely light fixtures. A mezzanine space outlines the restaurant and puts it in direct contact with the street.
